You have three options for obtaining plans for your new home:
- Use our plans: We have our floor plans you can see below. We can build them as shown or modify them to fit your needs.
- Provide your own plan: We will build from your plans, or help you make changes to them for the exact house of your dreams.
- Design custom plans: We can help you design your home from scratch for a small fee, which will be refunded if we build your home.
Clicking on an image below will do one of three things:
- Take you to a photo gallery showing a walk-through of the floor plan where available;
- Display a larger photo of the one below where a walk-through is not available; or
- Open a new window with the floor plan in PDF format if photographs are not available.
Clicking on the text link below the image will take you to a drawing of the front elevation and the floor plan.
